Virtualbox fails compilation

Hi,
I just updated to OS 10.8.4 and now I am having problems installing virtual box.
I tried using the following command line:
sudo port install virtualbox
but the compilation fails at the end:

…../System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions$sudo port install virtualbox
--->  Computing dependencies for virtualbox
--->  Building virtualbox
Error: org.macports.build for port virtualbox returned: command execution failed
Please see the log file for port virtualbox for details:
    /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_emulators_virtualbox/virtualbox/main.log

Attached also the log with details, I had a look at something similar with 
previous versions but did not manage how to overcome it in my specific case:

FYI, I have the following installed:

clang -v
Apple LLVM version 4.2 (clang-425.0.28) (based on LLVM 3.2svn)
Target: x86_64-apple-darwin12.4.0
Thread model: posix

python --version
Python 2.7.2

xcodebuild -version
Xcode 4.6.3
Build version 4H1503
