Wine 1.6 install failure -- pango

Just tried installing the new Wine release and ran into a problem on the
pango dependency. The relevant line from the log indicates:

:debug:build couldn't open
"/System/Library/Frameworks/Tcl.framework/Versions/8.5/Resources/tclIndex":
no such file or directory
    while executing
"open [file join $dir tclIndex]"

That file is, in fact, missing on my system. Is there a way to generate the
index file it's looking for, or should the port be looking somewhere else?
