This was not a clean attempt. Please clean and try again:

Also, the error messages were jumbled together, probably due to parallel building, so try without parallel building to get a more readable log.

sudo port clean pdflib
sudo port install pdflib build.jobs=1

Finally, if it fails again, please file a bug report in the issue tracker and attach the main.log.
