Error: Unable to open port: can't set "compiler.blacklist": couldn't determine build number of compiler "gcc-4.2"

Not sure how it got there.  I am at the limit of my Mac Ports knowledge. 
   Do I need to uninstall something?         Here is the output from the 
command:
