gettext macport hang during installation on Mac 10.9

Hi Ryan,
Thanks. After I installed Xcode 5.0.1, It has no problem now.
But when I used “xcode-select —install” to install command line tools, I got some errors. It said no this software.
It seems it was installed when I install Xcode.
