GP/PARI not installing additional packages

I recently upgrade GP/PARI, and the seadata package and the Cremona tables
are not installed any more by the port. I need these tables to be able to
use GP/Pari. I'll probably take a stab
at fixing this, but the port is nomaintainer. I don't mind being the
maintainer for it, but I don't want to make a portfile only for myself. (It
has some benefits, but also headaches)

Also, a lot of tickets remain open even after they have been resolved, such
as upgrading Standard ML to 110.75.
