Problem with self update and Xcode 5

They're still there. The reason I suggested this is because when I updated to 10.8 and XCode 5 and did a port upgrade outdated I got a some odd errors and then remembered that I probably had to re-install the command line tools. After re-installing them macports behaved perfectly again.
