That's what I did, selecting the MacPorts version, and now it seems that Inkscape opens quickly. Thank you, I love all you :)

I also removed a launch agent and a launch daemon, if I recall correctly their names, leading Inkscape and The GIMP to become irresponsible, what turns me quite worried and frightened, but after a restart everything seems go well :)
