Correct. llvm-3.0 is not supported on Mavericks or later.

Reinstall those ports with newer llvm variants. After that, you should be able to uninstall llvm-3.0.
sudo port install ld64 +llvm34
sudo port install cctools +llvm34
sudo port uninstall llvm-3.0
