KDE: native file dialogs

I’ve tested your patches against MacPorts’ current kdelibs4.

But I see exactly the same distorted output as shown in [1] and only now I realise that your comment at the end of the discussion states the same.

So, what am I missing? I thought that the patches attached to ticket [2] solved the issue for good…
