What I was wondering about was the fact that OSX Server includes Apple's installation of Apache, PHP, SQL and ???

It's like OSX itself -- Apple hides a lot of "stuff" under the hood -- and it takes a lot of work to sort out what is and is not present, and where.

And it is compounded by the fact that OSX Server is even less documented than OSX.
