You apparently did not clean xine-ui before capturing that log, because it
is picking up a failed build in the middle ---- meaning there is no
configure information etc. that could be used to interpret it. Please clean
xine-ui again and capture a full build log.

That said, this looks suspiciously like
http://trac.macports.org/ticket/36366 which is as yet unresolved,
apparently because more recent versions of xine-ui only cater to Linux (or
at least glibc's headers).
