Problem compiling gnome-libs

Did you follow this suggestion from the log?

> :error:configure Failed to configure gnome-libs, consult /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_gnome_gnome-libs/gnome-libs/work/gnome-libs-1.4.2/config.log

It may explain why it failed to find the file.
