Update Mailman port?

Hi folks,

The MacPorts version of Mailman is currently 2.1.13_0.

There's a fix that could be useful to me in the current stable version, 
2.1.18-1, released a couple days ago.

I see the port listed as "nomaintainer".  How do I get that one bumped 
to the latest version?
