Troubles using port_binary_distributable.tcl

Hi all,
I was trying to use port_binary_distributable.tcl, but I get the
following error:

$ /opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/base/portmgr/jobs/port_binary_distributable.tcl
-v bash
couldn't read file "/Library/Tcl/macports1.0/macports_fastload.tcl":
no such file or directory
    while executing
"source ${macportsTclPath}/macports1.0/macports_fastload.tcl"
    (file "/opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/base/portmgr/jobs/port_binary_distributable.tcl"
line 249)

Any ideas how to solve this?
I'm on Mac OS 10.6.8 and I installed MacPorts from SVN updated to
revision 120249.
