Macports problems after upgrading to Yosemite

In this case, if you don't care about figuring out what exactly went wrong and just want MacPorts to work again, I would suggest that you follow the uninstall instructions in the guide (https://guide.macports.org/#installing.macports.uninstalling) and then reinstall macports and the 3 ports that you want.
