I am. Ubuntu takes a lot of things from testing and does its own release
engineering, but misses a lot of stuff Debian does as a matter of course
(this occasionally comes up in Debian releng discussions, mostly in the
context of backporting Ubuntu stuff); unsurprisingly, Ubuntu upgrades for
me are always unstable in about the same way switching from stable to
testing is.
