Failed to compile gpsd as part of an upgrade outdated

Please see the update in the ticket. gpsd currently needs a compiler that supports C11, which the default compiler on Snow Leopard does not. Try with a newer clang. I've asked the developer to make the code compatible with pre-C11 compilers. Until then, I'll try to set the port to blacklist pre-C11 compilers, if I can come up with an accurate list of such compilers.
