mariadb upgrade problem

Attempt to upgrade mariadb  5.5.43_1 < 5.5.43_2 fails in fetch phase. Multiple sites return same results: download stops at 99.9%,  attempts to fetch from the next mirror with the same results, and so on.

Suggestions much appreciated!
