I note that Stride has a “no maintainer” status so am not sure to whom I should direct this:

Version:
xtide-2.14.tar.bz2 <ftp://ftp.flaterco.com/xtide/xtide-2.14.tar.bz2>, the current stable release of XTide.  Requires libtcd <http://www.flaterco.com/xtide/files.html#libtcd>.  You also need a harmonics file; see above.
And especially, the annual harmonics file:

harmonics-dwf-20151227-free.tar.bz2	XTide 2.8+	All data for the U.S. and associated locales available from the National Ocean Service web site as of 2015-12-15.
