can't start mysql56 after move datadir

Do you have another my.cnf file being read before /opt/local/etc/mysql56/my.cnf:
/opt/local/lib/mysql56/bin/mysqld --help --verbose 2>&1 | grep -A 1 "Default options" | tail -n +2
