metacity port and QtCurve-gtk2 theme

Hello,

I tried to do some experimenting with alternative X11 window managers, and installed metacity. Has anyone used it recently? I cannot get it to change from the default theme, nor edit any of its other settings. And it messes up the keyboard completely. It's a bit like it sees the Alt key being pressed continuously: the Up cursor key maximises a window, the Down key takes it back to its previous size, etc.

Also, since I've looked at themes using the metacity-theme-viewer, my QtCurve gtk2 theme has disappeared from the list of possible choices. As far as I can tell its libraries still load, so I'm at a loss what's going on there. The oxygen-gtk themes are still there. (And no, a QtCurve-gtk2 rebuild hasn't solved anything.)
