Cannot upgrade libnetpbm

In trying to upgrade, an error occurred with libnetpbm. I cleaned it and tried again only to get the same error. I have no idea how to get past this so I am asking for help.

I enclose what I think is the relevant information: what was displayed in getting to the error and the log file for libnetpbm. If more is needed I will provide it if I can.
