It needs the gtk-osx-application-gtk2 port.
The configure script looks for a pkgconfig package named
gtk-mac-integration, but there are now gtk-mac-integration-gtk2 and
gtk-mac-integration-gtk3 packages.
I've filed a patch at https://trac.macports.org/ticket/48445 to correct
this.
