pango fails to build in El Capitan

Hi,

The problem is:

/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreGraphics.framework/Headers/CGDisplayStream.h:15:1: error: '#pragma clang arc_cf_code_audited' was not ended within this file

So Apple broke one of its CoreGraphics headers when used with the system compiler,
apparently. I suggest you take this bug report to Apple via the usual channels.
