`ifconfig -vm en0` is the only way I see to print mediaopt data, but it doesn't say anything about batch arp.

Evidently. But if this parameter is supposed to contain a string, it might be modifiable and in that case ifconfig would be one of the candidate editors.

Anyway, what value should that parameter have? Do you have it set on one of your interfaces?
