Incompatible library version

Indeed, the DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH is set… by MATLAB !
mperez$ set | grep DYLD
DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=/Applications/MATLAB_R2015a.app/bin/maci64:/Applications/MATLAB_R2015a.app/sys/os/maci64:/usr/local/qwt-6.0.1/lib:
Will I have to choose between matlab and macport?
What should I do?
