Command Line Tools warning

I don’t plan on installing El Capitain for a while. Macports website says 6.1 or later for Yosemite. I have 6.2.

xcode-select -print-path
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer

So that’s not it.

I’m stumped.
