I don’t think this is possible directly with launchd (you could probably write a script that sleeps for a few seconds and then launches unbound, but that’s not a great idea and would stop working if the delay ever needed to be longer).

you can experiment with what is possible by writing your own launchd.plist for unbound (and not use the macports one) - see `man launchd.plist` for what you can put in there.
