PulseAudio with MacPorts

PA should be start up and run fine. Dave has added a line to the default.pa
config file a few month ago that I "forgot" (actually, my patches do the wrong
thing - record and playback should have been automatically enabled.)

Can you please execute pulseaudio -vvvvvvvvvvvv?
