clang 3.4 can't be configured (part of a selfupdate)

Ah.  Reordered.

Do this first to pick up the +llvm38 variants of cctools and ld64:

sudo port -v -n upgrade --enforce-variants cctools -llvm34
sudo port -v upgrade --enforce-variants ld64 -llvm34
