Trying to execute LibcxxOnOlderSytems (2nd ed.)

Thanks both, 

should I type
sudo port -v uninstall cctools +llvm34
sudo port -v uninstall ld64-136 +llvm34

then do 
sudo port -v uninstall llvm-3.4 clang-3.4
?

The guide is not too clear on the exact syntax.
