libgstchromaprint is busted

Some codec for gstreamer1. This might be caused by a missing dependency in
the Portfile, such that it was not automatically marked for rebuilding when
that dependency was updated.

Did rev-upgrade try to reinstall it? Or do you have that in report-only
mode? If the latter, try just reinstalling gstreamer1-gst-plugins-bad. Or
figure out why it was installed in the first place (presumably a dependency
of something else) and maybe remove it if it's not wanted.
