Sierra transition: qt5-base upgrade failing

Many of the packages I use have dependencies on qt5-base, as I've discovered trying to rebuild/upgrade. 

However, it fails to build, according to the log, reporting:
:info:configure    Xcode not set up properly. You may need to confirm the license
:info:configure    agreement by running /usr/bin/xcodebuild without arguments.

Well, that doesn't work. Of course, the correct command is 
sudo /usr/bin/xcodebuild -license

However this doesn't change the error. Is this consistent with others at this time (and awaiting updating)?
