Wine 2.0 is broken

Hello,

I have installed wine 2.0 on MacOS Sierra with MacPorts 2.4.0 and Xcode 8.2.1.
Any program I try to lauch (winecfg, notepad, …) gives me an error:

Read the Wine Developers Guide on how to set up winedbg or another debugger

Indeed the system32 directory is empty and the ~/.wine/drive_c/ dir contains only a windows directory, no 'Program Files’. I have deleted ~/.wine but without result, it never creates a working wineprefix.
