verbose output in shell mode

There doesn't seem to be any difference in livecheck output when using the verbose flag:


$ port livecheck gcc7
gcc7 seems to have been updated (port version: 7-20170226, new version: 7-20170305)
$ port -v livecheck gcc7
gcc7 seems to have been updated (port version: 7-20170226, new version: 7-20170305)


Debug output of course has more to say:
