Trac login

Hello all,
has the access to Trac changed? I don't recall Github being involved
before. Will my old login creds work ?(it seems not, but I may have
forgottent which password).
 If anyone involved with the ntp port is listening, ntp-4.2.8p9.tar.gz
 has disappeared from the macports site and the mirrors.
