octave-linear-algebra config error

Mark,

I think it does, but for some reason there are missing symbols.

What does 

port contents atlas | grep liblapack

give you?

If you run

nm /path/to/liblapack.dylib | grep dggsvd

We can see if the symbol is there, but if we have a linking issue, or if it is missing altogether.
