Certbot changes?

Indeed, the reinplaces that are supposed to relocate that and other things into prefix aren't taking effect anymore:

Warning: reinplace s|/etc/|/opt/local/etc/| didn't change anything in .../certbot/work/certbot-0.29.1/certbot/constants.py
Warning: reinplace s|/var/lib/|/opt/local/var/db/| didn't change anything in .../certbot/work/certbot-0.29.1/certbot/constants.py

Could you file a bug report?
