MacPorts 2.5.0 has been released

Note there is a regression for users with non-standard installations and
the new HFS compression option: https://trac.macports.org/ticket/56563

This only impacts users whose installation is not owned by root. If you
have to type 'sudo' before 'port [command]', you can ignore this message.

The workaround until libarchive is fixed (either locally or upstream; a
pull request has been created upstream) is to set 'hfscompression no' in
MacPorts.conf.

Sorry for the hiccup. I provided the HFS compression changes, and did not
test this configuration. There a three year old bug report against
libarchive that we'll hopefully help clean up in the process. Details in
the ticket above.
