Inkscape @0.92.3 appears to show wrong version ...

With help from this list I think I have installed port Inkscape @0.92.3 but when I launch the application the Help/About screen shows 0.92.2 with a date of 2018-03-11.

My next step is to try and determine if this is a problem within the port or within Inkscape.

If anyone has Inkscape @0.92.3 installed I would appreciate if they could post the version information shown in the top-right corner of the Help/About screen.
