Testing Oracle InstantClient 12.2.0.1.0

Thanks.  I’ve already updated the Portfile and am installing the symlinks as files which is working.  It just pointed out to me that I have no idea how to install a symlink.

I was hoping to do a quick-and-dirty test of Oracle instantclient 12.2.0.1.0 and ran into an issue that is out of my depth.  Looks like Oracle has started including the dylib symlinks in the instantclient zip files.  Since xinstall installs symlinks as regular files what is the proper way to install symlinks as symlinks in a destroot phase?
