How to import opencv4 in python?

Hi,

Whilst the opencv (3.x) port has variants to enable python support, these appear to be missing currently in the opencv4 port.

If you wish these to be added, you should either file a trac ticket requesting the addition,

Or, even better, submit your open github pr implementing support at
