upgrading llvm 8 - cmake not found

Hi!


it appears I have a stupid issue while running "port upgrade outdated" 
on 10.6:

Warning: No port cmake found in the index.
--->  Computing dependencies for llvm-8.0.
Error: Dependency 'cmake' not found.
Error: Follow https://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets to report a bug.


but I have cmake installed, it works even! what is wrong? the portfile 
or did macports loose track of my installed cmake?
