Confused about build dependencies here

Ok, this seems ... odd. I didn't know about Supertux until I saw it mentioned, and figured it seemed like a good game.

Why is it installing llvm for both 3.7 AND 9.0? 

(And yes, reclaim did wipe out all sorts of build builds.)
