py36-matplotlib @3.1.3 broken

Hello all,

I tried to search for the ImportError: "Symbol not found:
_MPL_matplotlib__contour_ARRAY_API" and couldn't find anything. Should
I make this a bug and submit it, or is this an upstream problem?
