libcxx is having trouble on an old PowerMac G5

You won’t get anywhere unless you’re prepared to dig in deeply.

There are a couple of experimental ways to install libc++ for PowerPC, but they are not ready for prime time, and aren’t useful in practical terms today.

Can I ask how it came to pass that this port was called in your PowerMac? That is what we should be fixing instead.
