zsh hanging on Big Sur w/2.6.4

I had a similar issue with GNU rm, date, unzip. The `date` command was hanging.

I don't know what happened but after a while it stopped doing this. I could not even attach dtruss to the process.

My best guess is it has something to do with code signing.
