Thanks again. Re-installing the MacPorts binary from the .pkg fixed my Segmentation Fault problem. My employer has various tools they use to change things on our Macs, and maybe one of those broke the "port rev-upgrade" function in some way. It is great that the fix was easy.

    Only the rev-upgrade operation is affected; your ports are correctly 
    upgraded before the crash happens. Installing from the binary .pkg or 
    building against the 10.15 SDK will avoid the problem.
