Writing a Portfile for the Zig language / lld

if you check out that PR and install that PR's clang-11, you'll get lld
with it.

Hope your zigging goes smoothly.

BTW, several other people are working on zig just today (free book come out
or something??). There is already a Portfile, and some are trying to update
it to the current release right now...
